Three Mandates:

– Fundraising:
All proceeds from the Race in Amazing Banff will be utilized by the Banff Mineral Springs Hospital to help maintain and enhance the hospital’s excellent emergency medicine and specialty surgical programs.

– Community:
All businesses involved get a unique opportunity to promote their services to a potentially new target group. Our marketing plan includes trade shows, print advertising, electronic advertising and many other venues. Our goal is to reach several hundred thousand potential participants in Alberta and throughout Canada .

– Banff National Park:
The Event Organizers work closely with Parks Canada to ensure that there is no negative impact to visitors, residents, or the parks natural and cultural resources. We strive to ensure participants know why Banff is a special place and part of a World Heritage Site while developing a better understanding of our environment and the effects of visitors to the national park.

The Race in Amazing Banff attracted 80 participants from all over Alberta, Ontario and as far away as Michigan, USA in its first year. All participants completed 12 challenges during 2.5 days and demonstrated activeness, cleverness, interpersonal skills and loyalty while getting to know Banff like no one has ever seen it before.

The Race in Amazing Banff is offering a number of sponsorship opportunities to a select group of organizations that we consider a great fit with the goals and ideals of the event concept.
